ORDERING & PAYMENT

All online inquiries and orders will be quoted individually for taxes, applicable fees, and shipping rates. An order is considered an inquiry until the collector has approved the final quote with all costs included. Payment is required in full before production begins.

 

SHIPPING POLICY

• Fine Art Prints: Shipped in protective tubes. We recommend bringing to your framer as quickly as possible to limit damage.

• Framed Works: Carefully packaged with corner protectors and bubble wrap.

• Large Format Works (larger than 48 x 60): Always shipped in custom-built crates. These crates will be a custom quote. 

• Shipping Options: Available for all USA and international destinations.

• White Label Shipping: Only available for limited edition work.

• Tracking: Provided for all shipments.

• Delivery Timeframe: Varies by location and shipping method chosen.

Shipping costs will be calculated at checkout based on destination and product specifications.

 

PRODUCTION TIMES​

• All mediums: Typically 8-14 business days

Please note that production times may vary during peak seasons or with custom orders.

 

CANCELLATIONS, REFUNDS & EXCHANGES

• All items sold in person are final sale.

• Customers may cancel an order inquiry any time before final approval of the quote.

• Once an order is accepted with payment, the order is final and non-refundable.

• Damaged Goods: If your piece arrives damaged, please email emily@emilymcculliss.com within 7 days of receipt with:

  • Description of the issue

  • Photos clearly showing the damage

  • Your order information

Emily will work with you to resolve any issues with products damaged during shipping.

 

RETURN POLICY

Due to the custom nature of fine art products, we do not accept returns except in cases of damage during shipping. Each piece is produced specifically for you according to your specifications.

If you receive a damaged product:

1. Contact us within 7 days of delivery

2. Do not discard original packaging

3. Provide clear photos of the damage

4. Wait for return authorization before sending anything back

Lumachrome

• TrueLife antiglare with satin edges

• Backing options:

  1. Acrylic Backer (⅛") - INCLUDES LIFETIME WARRANTY

  2. Komatex Backer (1/32") - NO WARRANTY

  3. Komatex Backer (⅛") - NO WARRANTY

• Frame options:

  1. Facemounted (no frame, no hanging hardware)

  2. Floating frame options:

     • ¾" composite floating frame adhered (for sizes under 40" x 60")

     • 1¼" composite floating frame adhered

     • 1¼" wood floating frame adhered

• Hanging Hardware:

  1. Not applicable for facemount

  2. Not applicable if exterior frame provided by customer

  3. D-Rings included with framed pieces

Limited Edition Metal

• White Dibond Surface only

• Suitable for covered, protected outdoor areas (lifespan reduced by temperature, sun exposure, moisture)

• No warranty provided for metal prints

Fine Art Prints

• Printed on Hahnemühle FineArt Baryta paper

• Acid and lignin-free, museum grade with high age resistance

• Available with 1" or 2" outer border upon request

 

WARRANTY INFORMATION

Lifetime Warranty: ONLY available for Lumachrome prints with acrylic backing. This limited warranty covers manufacturing defects only. Normal wear and tear, improper handling, exposure to direct sunlight, or environmental damage is not covered. Warranty claims must be submitted through emily@emilymcculliss.com for validation.

All Other Products: No warranty is provided for any other products including but not limited to Lumachrome prints with Komatex backing, metal prints, and fine art paper prints.

Your personal information is never sold or shared with third parties except as required to fulfill your order (shipping partners, payment processors).
