ELEM x HU
Edition I
I welcome you whole heartitly.
ELEM x HU is an introspective view into the collaboration of constituents that make us human
Here are five insights into the human experience to provoke thought and inspire:
Dear Imposter-
Within each of use resides doubts, inner demons, and the clamor of the ego. Yet, if we were to recognize that these negative beliefs steam from our ego and societal conditioning, and pause to acknowledge what they are actually are so we can acknowledge that our flaws, strengths, and everything in between shape our extraordinary selves.
That imposter voice, therefore, is nothing more than a deceptive whisper from the ego, not the truth of who we are.
Think about:
societal conditioning
what was expected of you
what does your ego reinforce?
What if you took a moment to forget everything you were taught?
How might your actions divege?
What transformations would you seek?
And what does this reveal about your character?
You, and you, yourself are responsible for your life. What you nurture yourself with, the thoughts you think, the energy you surround yourself with, the actions you take, the habits you make all go to build your character and what you endure and reap in this life.
In essence everything worth doing is something you don't feel like doing.
Take the emotion out.
"He who has only a why to live for can bear with almost any how." - Friedrich Nietzsche
